About The Angry Donut:
I’m Tom Quill, from Newburyport, MA, and, along with Head Baker Alex Crisham, started the ANGRY Donut in June 2016 creating fresh donuts from scratch and selling them at the Essex Summer farmer’s market. We are presently conducting special events and taking private orders.
Every ANGRY donut is made from scratch and is a brioche style, yeast raised donut. Brioche is a pastry of French origin that is similar to a highly enriched bread, and whose egg and butter content give it a rich and tender texture. From this brioche base, we flavor each donut with various toppings and homemade glazes. Thank you!
