Second Shift Brewer

DBCo. is growing! We’re looking for a second shift brewer to assist in day to day brewing operations. The candidate will be part of the core brewing team and will help in the daily coordination and execution of our brewing efforts. Candidate must have proven brewing skills, and love making an ever-changing variety of kickass beers for our partners and DBco.

Responsibilities include:
  • Brewing great beer on our second shift (2PM-10PM)
  • Facilitate the management and ordering of materials such as hops, malts and other items needed

Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years commercial brewery experience.
  • Beer education (a plus)
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic spreadsheet skills a plus
Compensation
  • Salary is commensurate with experience

Cellar Operator

DBCo. is looking for a Cellar Operator. The candidate will be part of the core brewing team and assist in the brewing process by operating and maintaining the cellar functions. This includes monitoring fermentations, quality management and maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary environment throughout the brewery.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain beer quality in our ever expanding cellar
  • Assist in the cleaning of the cellar areas and the washing of equipment, floors and tools to comply with company sanitation standards
  • Other tasks necessary to ensure smooth daily operations

Packaging Line Manager

DBCo. is looking for a brewery packaging line manager to manage the daily operation of all aspects of the DBCo. packaging array. The candidate should have proven mechanical skills in a brewery setting, the ability to manage and work with a team, and the desire to be an ambassador for the growing DBCo. brand.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead operation of canning, bottling, and kegging lines
  • Establish and perform regularly scheduled maintenance on packaging lines
  • Manage Brite Beer quality
  • Maintain proper CO2 levels across all packaging lines
  • Perform regular headspace air testing on cans and bottles
  • Work with QC lab to perform necessary record keeping
  • Work with controller to schedule packaging material inventories

  • 3+ years brewery experience is a must

Brewing Coordinator

DBCo. is looking for a Brewing Coordinator to assist in the day to day operations of the brewery. The candidate will work for the Head Brewer and will help in the daily coordination of our brewing efforts.  Candidate must have proven brewing skills, be extremely detailed oriented (key) and the desire to work with our partner brewers as an ambassador for DBCo.

Responsibilities include:
  • Help lead the daily coordination of brewing activities to ensure all aspect of the brewing process run smoothly
  • Facilitate the management and ordering of materials such as hops, malts and other items needed for our daily partner brews
  • Work with our partner brewers to ensure recipe readiness and adherence
  • Other tasks necessary to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Enjoy your job and make sure others do as well (key!)
Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years commercial brewery experience.  You need to know how to brew and what goes into brewing.
  • Beer education (a plus)
  • Ability to work with technology – Spreadsheet knowledge is essential.
Compensation
  •  Salary is commensurate with experience – this could be an entry level brewery position for the right person.

Door Person/Busser

DBCo. is looking for a Door Person/Busser to support the Tap Room and assisting the staff with cleaning tables, checking IDs, and more. 10-20 hours per week. Weekends a must. Salary is commensurate with experience.
