As most of you likely realize, we haven’t been posting updates very frequently and have been a little MIA in communication on the brewery’s progress. We were anticipating starting building renovations this winter and working towards a summer 2015 opening.

As with most startups, the timeline has been pushed back a bit, but we’re still chugging forward and doing a lot of work behind the scenes to work towards our goal of creating a contract brewing facility in Dorchester!

Here’s where we’re at now: 
As many of you might know, we were planning on a Bowdoin St. location, but as of right now, we’re not moving forward with that location. We’re currently looking at new potential locations in the Dorchester area and are working with our architect to determinine brewery layout options. We have a few good potential locations and are in the process of narrowing them down to find the best place for the future home of Dorchester Brewing Company.
