Getting Here & Parking

GETTING TO & PARKING AT DORCHESTER BREWING

Getting to our taproom on Mass Ave in Dorchester has never been easier, with some additional street parking and a bike lane just added, plus access from public transit, and PLENTY of parking nearby at South Bay.

Take the T!

To get here by public transit, you can take the Red Line to the Andrew or JFK/UMASS stops – we’re conveniently located equidistant (about a 10 minute walk) between the two.
The #16, #17, and #8 buses also stop very close by, if you’re not up for a walk.

Ride a BIKE!

In the late summer of 2023, the City of Boston installed a super sweet BIKE LANE running along Mass Ave., giving convenient access to our taproom.

FREE PARKING!

There is plenty of FREE, non-metered street parking (approx. 100 spots – or like a thousand Smart Cars) on both sides of Mass Ave. near the brewery (please just avoid our loading zone immediately in front of the brewery from 6am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
If the street parking on Mass Ave. is filled up, there are an additional 2400+ spots at Southbay Shopping Center that are FREE to use, including their covered garage. The garage is approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the taproom.
We do ask that taproom visitors please not park in either the Plumbers & Gasfitters Union lot, and the Carpenters’ Union lot on either side of the taproom.

Dorchester

Dorchester: Never been to the DOT? Not OFD? (That’s lingo for Originally From Dorchester). Technically Dorchester is part of Boston proper and located super-close to downtown, so you have no excuses. This could be be the very reason you explore the city a little bit more and we’re certain you’ll be glad you did.
