- ALL Night: Portion of the proceeds for every Caribbean Queen will go to BAGLY, Inc.
A portion of the proceeds for every Caribbean Queen beer sold throughout Boston Pride Week (June 1st- June 10th) will go to BAGLY, Inc. a youth-led, adult-supported social support organization committed to social justice, and creating, sustaining and advocating for programs, policies and services for the LGBTQ youth community. Beyond that we are THRILLED to help support this organization as they are preparing to move into their new 5,000 square foot Youth Community Center in downtown Boston! Our Caribbean Queen seemed like the perfect opportunity to give back to the community and this amazing organization. SO, drink up!
You might be wondering what exactly a gruit beer is and why this one is so tasty. Gruit is an old-world style ale which incorporates herbs in place of hops, to balance the sweetness of the malt. This gruit gets its unique colour and flavor from sorrel, mango, ginger, and mauby bark; common ingredients found in the West Indies. Crisp, refreshing, and mega pink. You’re going to want to keep this one coming.
For Food, Oath Pizza will be on-site from 5-9pm to serve up some of their inspiring pizza to go with your Caribbean Queen beers!
