Enkelbier Beer Release

Join us on Wednesday, November 8th as we release our Enkelbier, an old world session beer.

Enkelbier: Enkel (the Dutch word for single) was historically kept on hand at Trappist Breweries to keep the monks from getting drunk! Roasty finish and spicy Belgian notes with 4.2% ABV.

Stillwater Artisanal Ales Beer Release

Started in 2010, Stillwater Artisanal is the brainchild of Baltimore native Brian Strumke, whose past life as an internationally renowned electronica DJ and producer strangely led him down a path to crafting some of the world’s most unique and highest rated beers. Lucky for you guys, we are brewing a few of his amazing beers here at Dorchester Brewing and we’re throwing a beer release party on Thursday, July 13th so you can try them fresh from the source!

Moneytree$: Gose style session india pale ale. ABV 4.6%

Soft Pack Vol. 1: Double dry-hopped india pale ale brewed with oats and lactose. Galaxy/simcoe/centennial. ABV 6%

Barrel Aged Stove by a Whale Beer Release Party

Join us for the official Beer Release of our Barrel Aged Stove by a Whale! We’ll be tapping the keg for this Baltic Porter at 5pm on Friday!
 
Limited release of our Stove by a Whale that has been barrel aged in Woodford barrels. Dark brown with Chestnut highlights. Roasted coffee and chocolate aroma. Super smooth, complex palate from de-bittered dark malts, German hops, and our house lager yeast. Originally brewed in the Baltic region and rooted in British Porter tradition, taking cues from Russian Imperial Stout. Warming alcohol with a bold, lingering finish. ABV 7.4%

Engine 21 Beer Release Party

Join Dorchester Brewing Company and Boston Fire Department’s Engine 21 to salute our city’s first responders as we release Engine 21, DBco’s newest smokey Rauchbier, in honor of our local Fire Department.

At Dorchester Brewing Company, we have the highest respect for our first responders. To honor them, along with the Boston Fire Department, we’ve teamed up with Engine 21, our local Dorchester Fire Department to release our latest smoke-flavored beer!

Engine 21, our latest Rauchbier is a German-style beer with a distinctive smoke flavor imparted by using malted barley dried over an open flame. Join us on Friday, October 21st from 5pm-10pm as we release this new beer.

The Engine 21 team is coming by to pour the very first glass of Engine 21 at 5pm sharp and bringing along their Fire Truck, so don’t miss out on the celebration!
