Zumba at DBco

Come to the Dorchester Brewery Co ready to dance and sweat! NO fitness experience needed just a desire to dance. A dance party like this deserves a cold beer and after class you will recieve two 5oz Dorchester Brewing Co beer.
It is best to dress in loose, breathable clothing. Bring a towel to wipe the sweat off your face and a bottle of water to keep hydrated on the dance floor. Consider arriving early for check in.

Mass Ave Mardi Gras Masquerade Party

Mardi Gras is back for 2022! Grab your beads and masquerade masks and Celebrate Mardi Gras with Dorchester Brewing Co on Saturday, February 26th with classic food,  plenty of fresh craft beer, cider and wine, music, costumes and more. Anyone who wears a masquerade mask will be entered in to our contest to win a $100 DBco GC and swag bag with 1 hat, logo glass and a t-shirt.

Limited Edition Beer Release: ALL Day. Kabouter, our new new barrel aged tripel, will be released on tap and in cork and caged bottles!

11:30am-10:30pm: M&M BBQ is serving up their full menu along with Mardi Gras specials (TBD)

3pm-6pm: Live Jazz Music by  The Colescott Rubin Trio

4-7pm: DJ’s European Market & Deli will be hosting a Paczki pop-up

The Great Boston Rib Fest

Summer will be over before we know it, so we wanted to throw one last hurrah before Labor Day, so that means we’re bringing you The Great Boston Rib Cookoff in the Tap Room once again! We’re bringing you some of the best restaurants in Dorchester and beyond to offer you up a tasting of the best ribs around. The event will start at 11:30am and last until the ribs run out. Entrance is free and ribs are available for purchase at $2/each, so you can taste all you’d like!

Horizons for Homeless Toy Drive

 

‘Tis the season to give back! This year, we’re working with local Roxbury organization, Horizons for Homeless, whose mission it is to improve the lives of young homeless children in Massachusetts and help their families succeed by providing high-quality early education, opportunities for play, and comprehensive family support services. If you bring by a toy on Saturday, December 10th between 11:30am-11pm, you get a free DBco koozie to thank you for your generosity!

Your donation will support 175 children in their early education centers! Horizons for Homeless has put together a Holiday Amazon Wishlist with specific items of need. They are also accepting also accepting gift cards to Stop & Shop, Target, and Macys for Family Gifts. Priority items from this list include:

Play Dough
Legos
Puzzles
Blocks
Baby Wipes
Diapers – Size 6
$25 gift cards to Stop & Shop, Target, and Macys

DBco is collecting toys starting on Tuesday, December 6th through Sunday, December 11th.

New Year’s Eve Pre-Game Party

Pre-game at the Brewery with us before you head to your final 2019 countdown!! We tried to get approval for extended hours like in the past, but unfortunately we’ll be closing our doors before we can ring in 2019. Stop by to grab some brews before for the final countdown. We’ll have a beer release, local DJ, pretzels and all the party gear you could want! 

As always – No Cover Charge!

Resident DJ, Dialogues: 8pm til Close dance the night away with Dialogues spinning beats.

Fat Boyfriend: 6-10pm. Check out their mouth-watering menu with options like Pretzel Melts, Pretzel Bites and Queso, Chocolate Truffles and more!

Beer Release: Brutal Resolution. Brut IPA with Azacca hops. Super dry, champagne-like finish. Single hopped with Azacca, with lots of citrus and tropical fruit notes. ABV: 5.75

 

 

 

Festivus for the Rest of Us

A Festivus for the rest of us. Come one and all on Saturday, December 22nd for a traditional Festivus Celebration at Dorchester Brewing Company centered around the Festivus Pole. And of course, an official airing of the grievances will take place, so come ready to share your grievances and we’ll be shouting them from the top of the brewhouse for all to hear!

Beer Release: We’re releasing our Dorchestivus beer, a German Starkbier traditionally brewed for the holidays.  Dominant malt flavors with some candied fruit notes.  Noticeable alcohol.  The German equivalent of English Barleywine.  Perfect for feats of strength and airing of grievances!

Airing of the Grievances: 2-5pm. Yell your grievance into the brewery!

Melt Food Truck: 2-8pm. Poutine and cheesy sandwiches for days, paired perfectly with our fresh craft beer.

Boston Brew Tours: 12-6pm. Boston Brew Tours will be on-site offering awesome brew tour discounts, swag, free tickets and more!
