Parking is available at DB Co, but can be limited, so carpool with your friends! DB Co is also accessible via the T, check out how to get there.

Lastly, bring your ID, because beer. This will be a 21+ event. If you would like to bring a guest under 21, please contact me in advance of purchasing your tickets.

Live Music at DBco: Shaun Monday

Kick back on Labor day with some cold beer and live music! We’re excited to welcome Shaun Munday to DBco!

Shaun Munday is a one-of-a kind talent and blends soul-drenched vocals with show-stopping bass guitar technique. Shaun captures audiences with a full band sound and plays the bass better than most people play a guitar. He is a graduate of the Berklee School of Music in Boston, MA where he studied and performed with some of the greatest artists and educators in the industry including John Mayer, Esperanza Spalding, Matthew Garrison (Herbie Hancock), Antonio Sanchez (Pat Metheny) and Jetro Da Silva (Whitney Houston).

Shaun has shared the stage with Corinne Bailey Rae, Andra Day, Mary Wilson of The Supremes, blues legend Robert Cray, reggae royalty Aston Barrett and The Wailers (Bob Marley’s band), country music star Collin Raye, Devon Allman and Yonrico Scott of the Royal Southern Brotherhood. His overall music style is inspired by Donny Hathaway, Al Green and Marvin Gaye.

Boston Siege FC Launch Party

Come drink with the soccer stars of tomorrow for the launch of Boston Siege FC’s 2018 season on March 31st from 9-11.  Siege begin play in the semi-professional United Premier Soccer League in April at Brighton’s Daly Field, but love Dorchester Brewing so much that it only seemed natural to party there.  Come have a pint of your favorite brew on tap (with pretzels to boot) and get info on tickets and merch, pick up some freebies, meet players and staff, take some photos, and find out about how you can become a Charles River Hooligan.  Snacks available!

Neon Dreams: The Electro-Classical Dance Music of David Ibbett

The riveting music of widely heralded local composer, David Ibbett, in the newly fashioned beer halls of Dorchester Brewing Company, including the premier of a new violin and electronics work. Each of his works create a unique world in which our imaginations can roam effortlessly as we listen, propelled along by David’s evocative gestures.

David Ibbett is a British composer based in Boston, USA. He has found musical inspiration in many places – songs, symphonies, pop, classical and the electronic – and bringing these strands together is his ultimate aim. The son of a scientist, he co-directs the Music of Reality performance series with pianist Sophia Vastek.

Featuring exceptional local musicians: Stephen Marrotto (cello); Jessica Smith (flute); Nicole Parks (violin); Francesca McNeeley (cello); Mary Joy Patchett (sax)
