The Bacon Truck Pop Up

The Bacon Truck is BACK!!! Get your beer with a side of bacon and more!

About The Bacon Truck

Sam and JJ are fighting for the rights of those who choose to enjoy bacon in all of its glorious forms. They hold these truths to be self-evident, that all foods are not created equal, that bacon is superior. They believe that the people are endowed with certain inalienable Rights: Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Bacon. Recently bacon has been vilified and shunned in favor of foods such as quinoa, kale, granola … OK now we’re rambling. You get the point. Don’t just sit there and read about The Bacon Truck. Come on over, meet the friendly guys behind the window, and sink your teeth into something delicious.

Join us for a Third Cliff Bakery Pop up! Local to Dorchester, Third Cliff is a roving bakery — you can find them at Boston-area farmers markets, rolling through town on Rosie the Trike, popping up at Boston Public Market and events throughout the Greater Boston area, like yours truly!

Third Cliff’s food concept centers around baked goods that are simple but not basic, allowing fresh and unusual ingredients to shine through. At Dorchester Brewing Co, they will be serving up:

  • Herb shortbread: packs of 6 hand cut herb shortbread in flavors like lemon-thyme, rosemary and lavender
  • Burnt-sugar caramel popcorn: bags of popcorn that has been tossed in a burnt sugar caramel then baked until crunchy
  • Loose Treats: brown butter & cinnamon rice krispie treats, dark chocolate chip cookies, salted peanut butter cookies and fudgy brownies
  • Hand Pies: flaky buttermilk crust filled with fresh fruit like apple & pear or mixed berry, packaged as an individual pie for eating with one hand and drinking with the other!
